Fatu African Hair Braiding

Horrible my hair is ugly & boneless I gave two stars because only one lady had excellent customer service. But other than that these people suck. There were two people on my head & it still took longer than 8 hours to finish. My hair with one person has never even took half that time. The braiders took multiple breaks braiding my hair like 30 minutes at a time while I just sat there. My hair is uneven & not even what I asked for. I asked for medium waist length knotless. My head was pushed pulled & snatched the ENTIRE time. I would NOT recommend leaving a child or elderly person alone to get their hair done or they will suffer from a migraine. I’m sure my real hair is tangled at the root. The ends of my hair is so tangled with knots they are horrible. NEVER AGAIN BEWARE & go ELSEWHERE

My first time getting service here. I received small knotless braids, waist length. Great price, size and decent part. I am tender headed in the middle of my head and my stylist was gentle after being notified. Thank you ladies. I highly recommend and will be back next month with my daughter.

There’s a bunch of miscommunication in this shop the picture in the red hoodie is what I asked for and the other picture is what I received. The owner fatu told me she could perform the style I showed with stitch braids and failed to do so, I was very unpleased with my style when I asked if the style could be redone with stitch she told me i had to add weave in order to receive the service she said she could perform so I was very unpleased and I won’t be returning. If you are a guy and very specific about what you want don’t go here just find a stylist.

Went in on a Saturday to get my hair done, before she finished I told her that I didn’t want it long she said ok so when she finished and I looked at it , I told her again that w didn’t want it long. So, you know once they finished braiding they dip the hair so it can stay . So, when I say again I don’t want it long so this lady trims it some and that’s it so by the time I made it home my hair started coming loose . I was pissed, I know that she knew it was going to come loose. Went back up Sunday the lady that was in was there , she was rude!!!! I told her that I needed them to fix my hair this lady said NO so I told her someone has to fix my hair when paid $140.00 to get braided she said come back Thursday, so I said NO I will be back tomorrow. Fatu braided my hair on June 1st. She always does an exceptional and amazing job on my hair. She has been braiding my hair for over 3 years now. She is very professional and beyond nice. She has a great personality, and she goes above and beyond to ensure that her customers are happy. I love my ponytail. I must say that I actually love every hairstyle she has ever done on me. She does the best hair braiding in Columbus, GA. She's the only person that I will allow to braid my hair.
