Fatusha African Hair Braiding

I called the shop at 10:30 am sunday morning and asked if they had availability that day and she asked what time would i like to come in and i told her the time . she said that was ok and they will see me then . i arrived and was seated right away . i explained the color and length i wanted my hair and she got it ready . the shop was nice and quiet. i was there about 4- 4 1/2 hours i got knotless box braids . i didn’t get the name of the braided but i can say she did a great job on my hair i absolutely loved my hair . i will be back again and again . thank you ♥️

The braiders need to work on being patient. I originally called to see if they had any last minute appointments for box braids. I was scheduled for 1:30 pm. This was 11 am when I initially called. She called me back at 11:59 and asked if I could be on my way. I said sure.. that’s over an hour earlier than what was originally scheduled. Obviously I wasn’t even ready to walk out the door so I had to get showered and dressed. This woman called me 6 times to ask if I was coming. I got there at 1:15 and the began my hair immediately. The braids are nice. Great job done by both of the ladies. The first one was a lot more professional than the one who did the back of my head. She kept pushing my head in the direction of where she wanted to go, instead of just saying could you move your head this

I mean they do good hair, But are extremely rude, Especially the ones who be answering the phone. This is like the second time they’ve been rude to me on the phone, I let it slide the first time cause I needed my hair done bad for my trip in the past, but I’m done with them. Go here if you can get past the rude person on the phone 🤷🏾‍♀️

I’ve been coming here for the past 4/5 years, love them! Only shop I get my hair braided, service is always amazing.
