FAVOR AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING

I’ve been here twice and was provided with Excellent service and she gave me exactly what I asked for!!! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. I booked the small boho knotless. My appt was at 7am and I was out by 11:15am! And she did it with no assistance from anyone else! The shop is nice and she is very knowledgeable about her craft. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience getting my hair braided. She’s such a sweetheart and made the whole appointment really comfortable and easy. My braids came out neat and exactly how I wanted them. You can tell she really cares about her work. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend her to anyone looking for a good braider. 💕

I was super excited to get my hair braided for the spring, and found this Favor through tik tok/instagram searches. I live in Richmond, VA and was willing to make the drive to be serviced. When I booked the appointment, I thought it was odd that only 5 hours was allotted to small boho knotless braids; but she markets herself as a fast braider so I did not question it. Prior to the appointment, I reached out to introduce myself and inquire about the hair I wanted to bring for her to work with. The appointment day arrived and though I am one to absolutely despise showing up late, there was traffic on the way which caused me to be 10 minutes late. This review is long over due because i was busy dealing with postpartum and my newborn baby. But I just have to share how amazing my experience was at Favor African Hair Braiding! On September 30th, Favor braided my hair for my maternity shoot, and despite the heavy rain, she was on time, had her salon set up beautifully, and treated me with so much love and care. Being heavily pregnant and due any day, she went out of her way to make me comfortable — even bought me food and gifted me baby items she had promised when she did my daughter’s hair weeks earlier. Her heart is truly one of a kind. My braids were flawless, my maternity photos came out perfect, and I left her shop feeling cared for, beautiful, and appreciated.
