I'm currently headed back to my car after Jasmin was a no-call/no-show for my confirmed appointment this morning. No one answered the door, phone, or email. I’ve reported this to Groupon. Let’s see if she marks my voucher as redeemed as she has done to others she’s ghosted for their appointments. It's sad to see someone pretending to operate as legitimate when she’s running a Groupon scam. Do better, Jasmin.

I purchased a Groupon and I have been attempting to receive the service since approximately June 20, 2024. I’ve received several text messages of how the provider is sick and cannot service me canceling my appointment over and over again. She seems sweet; however, this is a business. Long story short, a little over 3 months later the service has still not been completed. Even though my service was not completed, magically the Groupon was redeemed as if I had completed the service. Now she is advising me to go through Groupon for my refund. I do not recommend this establishment. You have to go through too much to be serviced. Best luck to another client.

I purchased a Groupon. I scheduled an appointment which was rescheduled by the technician without giving me any proper notice. Then on the day of the actual appointment, the technician canceled my appointment without giving me any proper notice, and it was within two hours of my appointment time. I tried to call the phone number and no one picked up. I sent an email and I did receive a response and when I replied, I did not hear back and then somehow my Groupon was marked as redeemed when I have never been to the facility. I believe this place is a scam and the customer service is nonexistent.

I am a repeat customer and have nothing but high praise for Jasmin and her excellent service. She takes time to listen to your issues and addresses them during your massage. You can't go wrong visiting FayeWell HealSpa. Jasmin has healing hands.

Bought a Groupon. 2 no shows and a same day cancellation once I arrived. Also, one of my Groupons was redeemed. I lost money on this. Very disappointing. Poor business model
