Hello, I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent appointment with Cita. She removed nearly half of my eyebrows and then attempted to correct the mistake by filling them in, clearly aware that a serious error had been made. While she offered that I did not have to pay, that does not resolve the damage that was done. Eyebrows take a significant amount of time to grow back, and in my personal experience, it took me 3½ years to grow my eyebrows back previously. I am now left with extremely thin brows again, knowing firsthand how long and difficult this recovery process is. This was not my first visit to your salon. Completely unsatisfied with the service I received today. She was on the phone the entire time. It took a second glance for her to even acknowledge me in which I felt like I was interrupting her phone call. She only threaded the bottom of my brows and not the top. She did not shape them, trim them. It was as easily the worst service I’ve received and I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for ten years(not with this business).I feel like the service I received and the price does not match. I will shave my eyebrows off before I ever go here again. If I could leave 0 stars u would!

Let me start off by saying I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to the stand by forever21 and I regret it so bad. I told her to make them as thick as possible just a simple clean up. That is not what I got. There is no shape what so ever and the front of my eyebrow is nearly gone. My eyebrows are now thinned and look horrible. When I told her I didn’t like them she said my next visit would be free. I will never go back. Do not waste your time or money because you will be disappointed.

I’m writing to express my disappointment following an unpleasant experience I had at your eyebrow service station near American Eagle. I believe it’s important to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed appropriately. I arrived shortly after opening and waited over 20 minutes with no staff present to assist me. I checked the other station, which appeared to be closed or not yet set up. Another customer, who was of Hispanic descent, mentioned that she had also checked both stations but was in a hurry. After nearly 25 minutes, an employee finally arrived—she was the Hispanic woman with blonde hair. What concerned me most was that she acknowledged only the other customer, speaking to her in Spanish, and offered to do her eyebrows. She told the customer to inform me in

I'm not sure who they hired to replace the regular staff here, but they made a terrible mistake from a business perspective. I will never come to the mall for brow threading again unless I see the usual people. When I arrived, there were two women sitting down, speaking Spanish, and they didn't even acknowledge me at first. I waited until they finally looked my way, and I asked if I could get my brows done. The lady who was doing my brows spent more time chatting than focusing on the job. My brows look horrible and I'm not satisfied with these results. There was no care or proper service involved. When I got home, I realized she had completely ruined my eyebrows. I highly recommend that you avoid this place.
