POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was in the store at 7:40PM needed to confirm length of hair to buy. Spoke to the owner himself, asked what time they closed. He said 8PM (NOTE not 8:30 as advertised). Told him I'll right back, explained what I needed to do. Was back at 7:51...door was locked. I knocked on the window, said I have returned so I can purchase the proper length item. The owner looked right in my face ignored me until 8PM shut the lights off and exited. I said I just spoke to you and told you I was coming right back. I needed 1 item...no cash. I didn't speak to a worker, I spoke to you the owner. He said sorry and walked off. NEVER AGAIN. He can't get anymore of my money.

Terrible service and terrible management. They wre out of stock of my wife's hair color a month ago. Went again tonight... still out of stock. Asked manager to please order item. He says, "I have to wait for Salesperson to visit in 2 weeks". I asked him if he had a phone. His response, "I can't be bothered ". That says it all. They can't be bothered serving their customers.

Super friendly staff! No attitude! Very helpful. I don’t know what these comments talking about! Idk maybe I presented myself in a demure manner, and said hello when I walked in with a Smile. Ijs idk idk! But that’s my experience! Blessing & Love 🌻✨🤍

Horrible customer service by Chinese man. He hung up on me when trying to ask a question and shouted at me on the phone. I spent 75.00 on hair that was supposed to be shed free and hair was all coming out of clip in !!!!!! So upset. They won’t give me store credit or refund ! The man wouldn’t even listen to me or express the situation , he just kept yelling and hanging up. Horrible customer service . Also claimed there’s no owner or manager. Stay away!!!!!

I literally got to the store at 7:55 ( understandably your hours say you close at 8pm but it's not 8 yet and I asked to grab one item - and as a repeat customer who shops at the store all the time, the manager/owner didn't even acknowledge as I was standing there . Literally waited until 8pm . I will never shop here again .
