Feng Nails Spa

Urgent, Urgent, Urgent I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this salon in New York. I came in for gel nails, but the result is absolutely unacceptable. My nails are thick, uneven, and very uncomfortable — they are actually painful. This is far from professional quality and does not reflect what I paid for. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, instead of removing the nails as I requested, they only tried to thin them slightly, which did not solve the problem. I spent hours at the salon (from 1:30 PM until almost 4:00 PM) for this poor outcome, and even the color was not correct. I had such a great experience at this nail salon! Ada was amazing, she was so friendly and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. She took extra care to make sure I was happy with the sizing and color before moving forward, and I really appreciated her attention to detail. My nails turned out beautiful, and the whole visit felt so relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This nail salon is always amazing, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The quality is impeccable and I appreciate all that they do. My mother and grandmother have come here for such a long time and I’ve been here frequently in the last year and I’m always satisfied every time I leave

Wanted to get my nails done for wedding pictures and was in the area when I saw Feng Nails spa. I told Ada to do what she thought would look good (while keeping it simple) after I showed her my dresses and I could not be more obsessed with how it came out! She gave me extensions then did powdered gel with cat eye on top after and a simple design. I literally cannot stop looking at my nails. 11/10 would recommend!!!
