I can’t recommend Robert enough! He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled at cutting all hair types—from my kid’s straight hair to my curly. He always takes the time to understand what we want and delivers flawless cuts that suit our hair’s natural texture perfectly. He’s also given me tips that have transformed how I style my hair, and for the first time ever, it’s curly without being weighed down by product! The experience is always relaxed and enjoyable, and we walk out feeling amazing and confident. Definitely my go-to stylist from now on!

I requested an appointment with Robert recently, which he accepted only to cancel on me with one hour’s notice, saying he had forgotten to take his allergy medicine that day and was “a mess”. Ok. He offered to reschedule for the next day, but never responded when I said I could do that. Really disappointed in how unprofessional this was. I was really looking forward to trying out this salon, especially since I live in the neighborhood. I’ve booked an appointment at another salon but now have to wait another three weeks for a haircut. Please do better.

Robert is the absolute best! Kind, efficient, and so talented. He fixed a bad haircut like magic!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had with Heather at Fig Salon. I have seen her several times and she is the type of stylist where I can say “just do what you do best, I trust whatever you decide!”. I had previously been with another stylist on the eastside and the drive just became too much. I was reluctant to find a new place but I can tell you that Heather is a rare gem and she will be my person for a long while! Cut, coloring, styling is amazing and her place is so cute! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience at Fig Salon with Heather. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! The salon is cute and relaxing on the inside and pricing is not outrageous! I felt like Heather took time with my hair to style it in a way that fits me and my lifestyle. I would highly recommend her!
