They normally do a great job for great prices. I love the deals listed on their website for gel mani & pedi, etc. but I was immensely disappointed today. I mistakenly made an appointment for gel w/ extension and decided on my way in that I no longer wanted extension and just wanted regular nail length. I told the supervisor that I changed my mind as I walked in to get started and she instructed me to sit down for my pedicure I got that done and everything was fine. I sat down to get my nails done and chose my color. The tech (who normally does a great job & is really sweet & kind) started filing off the previous gel I had and cutting my cuticles. I received great service during my initial visit — the staff was friendly, and I was pleased with how my nails looked. However, my gel polish started chipping just three days after the service, which was disappointing since gel should typically last around two weeks. Because I don’t live in the area, I wasn’t able to return until a week later. When I came back, I explained the situation, but I was told I couldn’t receive a discount or have my nails fixed since it was past their policy days. Unfortunately, the owner wasn’t available, and the person left in charge was very inconsiderate and refused to assist me professionally. I went in for a color change on us gel nails. I did not want them cut and did not need a fill. The girl who the guy sat me in front of seemed annoyed she had to stop eating. The station was ok but the tools didn’t appear to have been cleaned and several were a bit rusty. She proceeded to file off my color. I got a little distracted looking around at the place and when I looked back it was because it felt off. She was filing down my nails. Not just filing down the length but she was filing down to my actual nail. I asked her not to do that. She finished removing the color and filed length down on my remaining nails to now match the length of the other. Then she starts applying builder gel. Cici did an amazing job on my French nails! She did them exactly how I wanted and really took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. The shape and polish look so clean and classy. I love how patient and professional she was throughout the whole appointment. Definitely coming back to her again!

This once-loved salon is a nightmare. Despite my clear requests for cold water for my pedicure, I received warm, then faced argumentative staff who insisted it was cold.
