I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now and wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else. The only time I wasn’t satisfied with the design work done, they discounted the cost of the work done and credited it towards my next appointment. Their attention to detail and consistently meticulous work doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated by me. No nicked cuticles for me or wonky manicures. I get asked often if the designs I get are decals and people are pretty impressed that they aren’t. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this salon several times, and unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping my experience would improve, but my most recent appointment was the last straw. I just moved here and I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and have rarely had issues elsewhere. However, both times I saw Julie, she was extremely dismissive and rude. Not only was the service unpleasant, but the quality of work was unacceptable. On both occasions, my nails broke within a week. I truly wanted to like this salon, but after multiple bad experiences, I won’t be returning.

Where do I even begin? I’ve been coming to Filed for several years now. I typically get intricate designs. A lot of times, my nails take awhile because of the design. But man, they kill it every time! I always get so many compliments on my nails. Vinny does such great work! And the ladies you do the art are so talented! I know I’m going to walk out and be in love with my nails! I’ll never go to another shop! And the owners? They are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Irene and Daniel, you guys are rocking it!!
