I am going over the reviews and I really don’t see how they have a 4.1 rating. I went there to get a manicure and pedicure, the person was horrible. I tip her good, only because that’s the type of person I am. They started my pedicure at 6:00p.m.and finished at 6:10 ( figure it out) and they were already telling me that they are closing. They closed at 6:15 and did not allow me to try my nails because that it takes to long. Unprofessional. You can’t make this up, only in Long Island. There hours of operation is from 9:30-7:00P.m. I definitely will never come back.

Fantastic local salon. Every technician I have had has been fabulous, accommodating, kind, and detail oriented with their services. Obsessed with their pedicures AND manicures. Gels always last 2-3.5 (4 if I wanted!) weeks. I’ve been recommending to friends left and right.

Every 2 weeks I go, barring certain factors & exceptions, I get a spa pedicure & men's manicure with Suzy. This has been since the world reopened following Covid-19. So approximately 2 - 2.5 years now. She always listens to specific needs, as my hands and feet get extra dry during the winter months, no matter how much moisturizer I use (2× a day). I find Suzy perfect for my needs. The other women there are always welcoming and pleasant to be around. Unlike many establishments, this facility is not jammed packed & you are not crammed in to the ceiling. The business is clean, odor free, lite relaxing orchestral music is playing in the background, other guests are not yelling, screaming & arguing with the ladies or other guests. Bad customer service. They don't like to make any designs, they don't even understand what build UV gel is, I had to show her a photo so she could understand me, I showed them a simple french on one of my fingers, that was all my design and she simply decided not to do it, besides from being rude when talking to clients, for some reason most Asian nail salons have a bad attitude and bad manners, in addition to not respecting the client's decision.

I’ve been going to Fine Nails for at least 10 years. I won’t go anywhere else. They are friendly, clean and great at what they do. I always walk out of there happy and I tried many salons before I found Fine Nails. A few years ago I moved 30 minutes away but still travel to go to this nail salon.
