Fine Touch Nail Salon

First and probably last time here. The service was rushed and they don’t use good products. After 1 day my nails chipped. This was a gel manicure, so it should not be chipped after 1 day. I called and they offered to fix it for me yesterday, went in and they added more top coat and then repainted 2 nails that had completely chipped. Today they are chipping once again. This should not happen with gel polish. Only giving 2 stars because the design came out perfect and the receptionist was kind. If they used better products they would be a great place.

From my most recent visit. My nail tech (Magaly) usually does a great job. Precise and thorough. However, like many nail shops, the customer service is subpar. Some of The nail techs talk about the customers and are rude. I have oftentimes waited 10-15 min for my appointment or have been contacted advising that the nailtech is running late but the owner (Kenny) will be rude to customers if they are a few minutes late. Also, like many places, I am not sure how frequently they disinfect the nail drill heads between customers. Prices are decent. $60 for a gel mani with regular pedicure. Bring cash. They charge to pay with card. I treat people how I like to be treated and have worked in service industries for over 10 years. My rule of thumb is if poor or rude service is given its reflected

I went on, Oct 28, today is October 30th. I usually have my own nail lady to go, so this place was a last minute option. My nail job was terrible. The staff is nice however the owner really needs to update the place, the environment feels dirty. I am not sure the gel polish that is used but I was extremely disappointed to have paid 80 for a gel mani and pedi that barely lasted 24 hours. Very disappointing.

I’ve generally had good experiences at Fine Touch Nails, and their work is always great. However, my recent visit left me frustrated. On January 14, I was quoted $65 for a fresh set of acrylics with cat eye polish. On March 21, I got a fill with cat eye and was charged $60. Since a fill is typically less expensive than a full set, I reached out to confirm if there was an error. The response was polite, asking for my name and number so they could check, but after following up a few times, I never received an answer. I understand that prices may vary, but transparency and communication are key in customer service. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. I hope the salon improves in this area while continuing to provide the great quality work they’re known for.

It was a very good experience. I didn't have to wait at all, though keep in mind I went early in the morning. She took her time and was precise, and she did a very decent job compared to all the other places I've gone to. It is mainly a Spanish speaking place for what I saw. Great experience and a very good job, I am definitely going back, I am willing to make the 30 minute drive it took me again.
