first i’d like to start off by saying AMAZING customer service and AMAZING flexibility when it came to booking my appointment! second, the style (knotless boho w synthetic) was done perfectly. literally better than i imagined it would be, and the synthetic hair was amazing quality, barely any knotting and it wasn’t frizzy..you would’ve never thought synthetic hair was used. third, my hair after the take down?? chef’s kiss!!! when my hair is braided i usually shed a heavy amount of hair, which prevents me from getting my hair braided as often as i would like. with finesse hair studio? barely a handful of hair! i’ve been searching YEARS for a go to braider and i'm glad to say i found one. very pleased from beginning to end!!
