I was a loyal customer at finesse nails until I noticed they were being largely inconsistent with prices for the same service. I just recently went in to get my acrylic nails taken off which usually takes no more than 15 minutes for $10. However, I was not seen until 20 minutes after my appointment time and from there it took 40 minutes for them to take the nails off. They then charged me $25. I was not only baffled by this poor service, but the quality as well. I realized soon after leaving that my pinky nail was completely split in half deep into the under bed of the nail. I called back extremely upset expecting I would be met with some remorse and a refund yet I was only argued with. I was there this past week, and got a powder manicure. Not only were the nail techs rude to me but my nails chipped and broke the next day! When I was leaving the nail tech said “ if you don’t like it don’t come back”. Very rude! I would not recommend them nor will they ever get my business again!

Came in for a regular pedicure. The second we said we didn’t want add ons, the staff visibly deflated. It was the fastest pedicure of my life and terribly done. Staff was generally friendly and it was clean, but we won’t be back.
