Finest Nails & Spa

I have always been a walk-in, and they have always been taken quickly. I don't drive anymore so I have a friend drive me and I am on a walker so it's difficult for me to get in and out of the car etc. Today my friend took me there there was one Tech with a client and one sitting in the pedi chair playing on her phone. I could tell by her attitude she was not in the mood. So she asked me if I had an appointment which I did not, and then told me she had four people coming in at 10:00. And I bet if I would have sat there, no one would have walked in at 10:00. Her attitude spoke for it all. Her attitude said it all. I don't make appointments because I never know how I'm going to feel that day, I still will return here but if I get this treatment again, I won't be back.

These so called nail techs forget as a paying customer I don’t want to walk in to a place where they’re blantly talking bad about me to each other infront of me. Very unprofessional. When I called first they said 45$ for fill only to end up paying 65 for a cheap job that was rushed on purpose. Why do nails if you take out your emotions with the paying customer.

Let me start off by saying how much I love the pedicures from here! I appreciate the attention to detail and and how courteous they are start to your needs and wants. I love how they do my nails and the moment I want something extra, they take their time To make sure that I'm pleased with the results with the results. Shut out to Kim for her creativity with the gems 💎

I had a terrible experience at this salon today. I showed a specific pink color and a French design I wanted, but the nail tech applied only one thin coat that looked nothing like what I asked for. When I pointed it out, she rudely insisted it was the same color and aggressively grabbed my hand, saying she would remove it. She was extremely unprofessional, rough, and disrespectful. I had to take my hand away and tell her she was being very rude. Thankfully, Chloe was kind enough to step in and fix my nails after finishing my friend’s. She was professional, polite, and truly cared about providing good service. I really appreciate her help! However, the other technician was shockingly unprofessional—she didn’t even apologize and later just sat with her feet up like she didn’t care at all.

Tina did great on my nails, she didn’t hurt me at all, which you know it’s rare to leave the salon without a bunch of micro cuts at other places. I was glad that this place took me right away. I would definitely come back.
