Mercedes is an extremely talented hair stylist. For years she maintained my platinum card beautifully. When I was ready for a more low maintenance look but wanted to remain as bright and blonde as possible she helped walk me through it and achieve a gorgeous dimensional platinum blonde mixed with my natural root color. I was so nervous but she did better than I could have ever asked for. She is also the best as massaging the scalp while shampooing!

I had a great experience with Mercedes. I wanted a reddish bayalage, style and a cut. She went above and beyond with my hair and left it looking like i can audition to be the next Ariel in the little mermaid. She made me feel like I’ve known her for years. The staff at this salon are gems and treat you like royalty. I’ve already scheduled my next couple of sessions with her!

Absolutely wonderful experience both times I have booked with Ms Kaylee! I have truly never felt as comfortable at a salon as I have here, and I have never been happier with my hair! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, and as someone who has always found hair appointments to be super anxiety inducing, Ms Kaylee has been such a wonderful help in making me comfortable to chat casually and voice what I need and want for my hair. I made an appointment with a specific stylist, but when I arrived, she was already starting to work with another client. Without informing me, I was assigned to a different stylist, who turned out to be a higher-level stylist with a higher rate. During my visit, multiple people worked on my hair. The stylist who replaced my original one started, then another person continued part of the service. Later, when her next client arrived, my time was shared between both of us. This made my appointment much longer than usual, and I was charged more at the end because of the stylist’s level, something I was never told in advance.
