Yes...I’m one of THOSE customers that stylists DREAD!!! I’m the perfectionist that’s NEVER happy! Annette Garza...you have dealt with me SO well through the years that I keep coming back! When I do stray, I ALWAYS regret it! You have been a professional ROCK & I’ll stick with you for as long as you’ll have me! Lol! I attached a pic of one of Annette’s BEAUTIFUL creations that I’ve received MANY compliments on! I have many more pics if anyone needs to see more of her work! She’s an ARTIST! Great atmosphere & the rest of the staff are warm & inviting as well! Couldn’t ask for anything more! And...that’s coming from a perfectionist that’s NEVER happy!

I was in this shop when the rude customer came in thinking her appointment was at 1:00 instead of 12:00. She was rude and disrespectful. Carrie was very gracious and scheduled another appointment for her. I’ve been coming here for 25+ years—Carrie is a wonderful caring stylist and friend. I’ve never had a problem here.

Carrie is great! Give you exactly what you want and is so nice to talk to! Can really tell she knows her stuff and what colors work well on different colors of hair! Highly recommend!

I followed Yolanda from The Men's Room to first impressions. She is great, my cut is reproducible and excellent. As I guy coming into a female predominant shop I can say all the staff are friendly and professional. I'd endorse this crew to anyone.

I have been seeing Susan for my "hair care" for years but this is my first chance to share...the shop is always clean and bright, the people working there always friendly and Susan is the absolute best!!
