First Lady Nails

Niurvus was very skilled at her job. My gel manicures usually start lifting the same day so I don’t usually get them. Did it this time with a gel pedicure. I’ve not had any lifting yet. She was also very courteous. I’ve not given a five star rating since the inside of the salon could use some work when it comes to the ambience of the place. Decor, music, and some attention to furniture could be a good start.

I like this place, it's small not many workers and every time I've been here it's not too many customers.The guy is fast and efficient.My reason for three stars is their products are pretty dated..I chose a polish that he said was old...but I went ahead and chose another that was fine...they may need to spend a little money updating the place and their supplies

Where do I start? When I walked in it was empty. I came in with my cousin to get our nails done. The lady was lounging back on the pedicure chair with her feet up and I asked “ are you guys open?” And she replied “ yeah what do you want?” There weren’t much nail polish options, and I was getting a mani and pedi. They started me off with the pedicure and I didn’t want to put my feet in the bowl because they didn’t even have any plastic liners. Everything they used on my feet was pulled out of their little drawers next to them, and after they used it on me they just put it back in the drawer🤢I got no massage in either service nor a warm towel. For my manicure, the lady cut me with the electric filer…. stopped it when she noticed I was bleeding…. looked at the bleeding…. and continued filing

Small polish selection for gel and regular polish. I got a gel manicure. There were acrylic nails everywhere among the polishes -- unclean. One of the nail techs wasn't wearing a mask (ignoring COVID, it's unsanitary in a nail salon). The nail tech didn't clean up stray polish on my hands after the gel dried. She also didn't trim all of my cuticles. The manicure in general felt unorganized, rushed, and unprofessional. She took a rather long personal call during the manicure as well.

I’ve been coming a while now and I give 2 stars because John is amazing at what he does with the nails. And great prices. But everything else could use MUCH improvement. They only have 2 nail technicians.. which can make waiting even behind 1 or 2 people an hour long wait. Poor customer service. Not super clean. Idk why they haven’t worked or made any efforts to improve these issues.
