First Nails

My wife got her nails done at First Nail, and they did an amazing job! The staff were super friendly and professional, and they took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. Her nails came out clean and exactly how she wanted. It’s a nice, family-owned place that really cares about their customers. Definitely recommend this salon, we’ll be coming back for sure!

I just moved to Jacksonville, Florida, and decided to try First Nail, and I’m so glad I did! The design was amazing, the staff were super friendly, and they really took their time to make sure everything came out perfect. If you’re in the area, you should definitely visit this place!

Two stars ONLY because the customer service was actually good. It took almost three hours to do one manicure and two pedicures for my son and I (two techs). We were the only ones there. I could not stay any longer because I had somewhere to be. She did attempt to fix it but this was the outcome. She took a portion of the amount off but I still paid $129 for services....no tip because I was not satisfied 🥴. UPDATE: I did go back a few days later and nail tech redid my nails and I only paid for the design since I change the color. So I would update to ⭐️⭐️⭐️ but I don't think I'll revisit since there are nail salons closer to where I live and that was a spur of the moment decision to stop there.

Great pedicure. I upgraded to paraffin wax pedi for just a few extra dollars. Very reasonable price. The tech was meticulous about the work and didn’t skip on the scrubbing and leg massage. Really great work! Def feel like I got more than my moneys worth.

I went here just recently for starter the lady is nice and friendly, secondly she did a fill for almost 2hours and french tips the shapes of the acrylics was not consistent i have to tell to match this one to the other one all the time they’re over flowing and edges of my fingers are glued on my nails.the gel polish is terrible too. Im not a pro but i know the basic application,manicure,pedicures and she is not good. She also accidentally stabbed me with a pointy nail cutter. As a paying customer $50 up is not cheap and customers need to be satisfied, i have to ask her for everything to make them look right i got home and redid them. I just hope that they will find ways to better their job.
