First Pro Nail in Acworth

DO NOT GO HERE!! I randomly stopped by because I was in the area and needed acrylic nails removed. I was treated horribly because I didn’t want to have additional services. From the moment I said I only wanted to have my nails removed, the female staff member asked me three times if I wanted other services. Each time I declined, she would speak a different language to the other staff members. First, she walked me over to her station where she had been eating her lunch and didn’t even set out new towels or equipment for me. The towels were stained and her workstation was messy. She began to use the electric filer to remove the polish on my nails and kept stabbing me with her own sharp fingernails. Then, she placed my hands in bags of acetone and said she would be back in 10 minutes. 21 min

Update After the Incident (see photos): I paid $250 here, and within 2 days my nails were already lifting, chipping, and completely ruined. For that kind of money, I expected professional work that would actually last — instead, I got something that looks like it was rushed and poorly done. What makes this worse is the attitude. When I tried to reach out, they acted like it wasn’t their problem and offered no real solution. After everything that already happened before (see photos), this was supposed to be a chance to make it right. Instead, it just proved how careless and unprofessional this salon really is. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here. There are plenty of other salons that will treat you with respect and give you nails that don’t fall apart in 48 hours.

This is the only salon I will go to now for my nails and pedicures. The prices are great and the services are so relaxing. It’s always clean and sanitary. Each of the techs are skilled and friendly. Chris is my absolute favorite nail tech. My nails look amazing every time and they are super healthy.

Chris Has always been amazing. He shows me to experiment with different colors together or apart. The patience he exacts is a bonus. He’s allowed me a lot of creativity & this has been an amazing experience I’ve been a repeat client for years Thanks

The inside was nice, but the lady I had didn’t take her time and kinda rushed the process. She also didn’t seem too happy and was pushing my hands all over the place. I got gel polish and that was it. She left an air bubble on one nail, which chipped and missed some spots on the side of my nails. It was $25 and I gave a $10 tip. Just think I’d get better quality at another place.
