I went in and ask the lady if she was able to do a set and design I wanted. She said she was able to and when I saw the error she made I told her that I didn’t want my nails that way. She said I will fix it two hours later she did not fix them. If I wanted duck nails I would of ask for that and clearly I didn’t. The nails with the ring on (left) is the way I wanted my nails done. The nails in the photo (right) side is what the technician did Duck Nails does that photo look like what I wanted. My mom has gone to this place over the years and this is the worst. To top off everything she ask me to get all the colors needed, I thought I was paying for the service shouldn’t she being doing that. Now I see how there clients have went else where. Cindy is amazing!!Im scheduled with her every 2wks and once a month for a pedicure!!She has always made my son and I feel like family.I definitely recommend this salon!Very professional,fast,& relaxing

Extremely disappointed with Five Star Nail and Spa. I paid a premium price for a full set, and within days every nail popped off or broke while I was on a 7 day vacation. The work was careless and did not last at all. This is unacceptable for a professional salon, especially given the cost. I will be posting photos to show how poorly the nails were done and how they completely failed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been coming here for at least a year now. I moved from Florida recently and before that I would time my trips here around when I needed my nails done. Trish is the absolute best and is always on point with my inspiration pics I show her. Tony is the absolute best for pedicures. I will only go when they are both there. Pics are some of what Trish has done over the last 6 months.

I really loved my experience here. My nail tech was super nice and paid attention to detail. I brought in a nail pic for inspo and she copied it exactly.
