Jess is so kind and SO TALENTED! She has put such thought and care into curating a wonderful salon experience, end-to-end (pun intended). Jess’s thoughtful approach helped me shape my own planning and thinking, and encouraged me to spend some time assembling a clearer idea for what I wanted. I came in for a big change and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair came out!

I am so happy I found Jess! She has such a thoughtful, intentional approach to her work, and I always feel completely taken care of in her chair. I never worry about my hair because I know she lightens it in the healthiest way possible while helping me keep my length. On top of that, she’s incredibly easy to talk to. Truly a gem!
