Tacelia is truly amazing, I been going to her for 4 years now and I never had any issues. She did my first wig ever and it came out just how I wanted it and that was enough for me to become a returning customer. Anytime I had questions about a style, color , she always gave me a quick and thoughtful response.Every-time I step foot in that salon I feel safe, respected and taken care of to the point where she feels like family we have conversations about everything. She is very professional and her work is EXTREMELY neat and never rushed and you can tell she loves what she does. I have recommended her to friends and they all have the same results. My appointment was at 4:30 pm for a wig install and I didn’t leave until near 8 pm even though there wasn’t much done to my hair. She refused to style my wig or try because it was synthetic even though I was able to style it myself at home and it’s super cute and better than what she left my hair as. I feel she didn’t prioritize me during my appointment and preferred to work on others hair even the lady who had an appointment after me, so that’s why something that shouldn’t have taken that long turned into a longer process. That being said, I have never had a wig installed so I am not sure about the timing but I feel it could have been done way faster esp as on the appointment slot it said 4-5:20 pm.
