Flawness Nails & Foot Spa

If I could give no stars I would. This is the absolute WORSE nail shop I've been too! They are super slow, I sat for 2 hrs waiting because I desperately needed my nails and my daughter's nail done, only to NOT get my nails done and my daughter was only able to get her toes done. The guy who does nails takes about 2 1/2 hours to do nails, and no I'm not exaggerating. The final straw is when I said they needed more people. The lady in there became very irate,argumentative, and combative. I was fearful because of how combative she was. She was talking loud and wanted to argue with me because I said they needed more people because waiting 2 hours for services is not very customer service friendly. I will never go back here.

This place is amazing..... They always take their time to make sure my nails are perfect. Love the way they take care of my nails making sure I'm always comfortable. Thank you I am one happy costumer.

Very clean and relaxing the mimosas were on time I needed it. 😂 😆
