My spouse had an appointment with Carol for a cut. The person working there informed her that Carol's mother passed away this morning and that Carol called yesterday and that she called her " a million times." The number used was not ours! Then, she or anyone would not cut her hair or make an appointment for later. After being informed, the number was wrong, she said "I called you," and "what part of Carol's mother dying do you not understand?", "I'm busy. There are other places over there". Poor customer relations and an inability to use a correct phone number.

Sandi does a very professional job on my hair color and cut. I’ve been going to Flhairs for more than 10 years. I like the personal service you get. They care about their clients and do what it takes to get the job done right.
