Flo African Hair Braiding

Service was terrible! I was in the shop from 10am to 3pm and the stylist was constantly asking how to do the style (Bohemian Mohawk) I wanted. Even after asking if she knows how to do the style before she began. All that time and not only was my hair not even halfway done, but it wasn't AT ALL what I asked for! I spoke up before my hair was completed to stop any confusion. I was then told that there wasn't anyone else who could do it. I was also told because the stylist couldn't speak English, she can not understand what I want. I think that should have been straightened out before she started. I still paid $100 of the $220 I was asked. Not only am I left with a quarter of my hair done, but I also am out money and time! I will have to take out what is done and start over at a new shop beca

I had a crochet hair style done that came out just as I requested. Thank you Destiny (& she doesn’t braid tight) definitely going back-6.13.23 went back to Flos & once again the service was outstanding .. was able to get my hair washed / dyed then crochet by Destiny .. LOVE ❤️ my style

Got some braids done here once. Horrible service and they did not care at all about how I wanted them done as the customer. Did not wash my hair properly. Towel dried my hair with extreme roughness and literally tried to rip through my hair during the detangling process. Then when braiding, I told them multiple times it was too tight. Instead of loosening up, they asked if I just wanted to leave after being half way done. The braids were so tight, I had no choice but to take them out the next day. Scalp was red and in pain for 2-3 days straight. Not to mention, instead of one woman handling this process, I had to deal with 3 of them. Took 5 hours just for some straight backs.They are not good at their jobs and I’m very sure many of them aren’t licensed to work at hair salons. Especially w

I didn't like the fact that they tell you to buy the hair extensions and when you get back to their shop, they used an older or different type of hair extensions instead, of the fresh pack you bought. Next time, I'll pay more attention closely⁶ to make sure the hair I bought gets used on me and not for someone else. Other than that, my hair turned out good

I used to send my daughter here but I refuse to not YNt only reason is you charging $260- $300 dollars for braids and to top it off you gotta buy the hair my daughter last experience in this shop the braider was telling her come on I'm going back to Africa asking more than the price I originally set with flo and trust my I tip very well but I will never if you charging this much throw in the hair or something it's not worth the money save you edges and your money
