TERRIBLE. She DESTROYED my hair with bleach. She left it on for way too long and did it in different sections at way different times and I have banding and severely damaged hair all over. I kept telling her my scalp was burning and itchy. My hair is so over processed it cannot even be fixed by another stylist as it just needs to grow out at this point. I was in her salon for 7 HOURS. My hairline all around the front of my head was darker than the rest and the bottom of my head which is thankfully hidden underneath is bright gold. I told her I work in a professional setting my hair is so hard and breaking everywhere I can’t believe it. She still charged me a significant amount for a HORRENDOUS job. My hair breaks when I try to gently comb it 😣

Came in as a walk in for a wash and blow and the lady looked at my hair and said that they can’t wash my hair and blow it out because they don’t do hair like mine which is black natural thick 4C hair. I don’t understand what’s the point of being in the cosmetic business if you have no skill to service all types of hair and kinds of culture. Defeats the purpose of being a beautician and you loose money. The woman then went to say if my hair was relaxed then she could do it. 😂 bruh the world is sick. Going to a hispanic or white salon they don’t know how to do other culture of people’s hair, But when other people come to black owned hair salons stylist are proficient to do all kinds of hair. I love this salon! Flor has been cutting my hair since I was 8 years old. Im 22 now and still trust her with my hair! She does a great job every time!
