Florence African Hair Braiding

I have been here a few times and when Florence herself was braiding hair no problem. The young lady she has coming in to braid let’s say save your money. My downfall is I am loyal and should not have come back here after she stood me up, but I came anyway and wasted $300, the girl lied and said I paid her $280. The loose hair feed into my braid is all out of my hair. My hair has not been up a month. On top of my braids all being different sizes. I told her medium, I have Medium, large and jumbo. I did not want any money back, I would never ask for that. I did want her to make it right, but she stop responding after I sent her pictures of my hair. But we’re always hollering spend your money with your people, a joke. Don’t go here anymore. If it is not the owner herself braiding do not waste

The person that did my braids did an awful job. Normally Florence does my hair she unfortunately wasn't in ontime this day. So another worker did my hair, my hair looked like I paid a teenager that just started doing braids did it. I was given the option of coming back and having the same person redo my hair, however my time is limited and once I spend time getting my hair done, it's difficult rescheduling time again for what should have been completed properly the 1st time. So as of now I'm uncertain if I'll ever go to this place again to get my hair styled by them again.
