Flow Salon

The stylist Ebony was very polite and professional. The salon is a bit small but it is beautiful and very clean. She styled and trimmed my hair and her work is phenomenal. The shampoo lady is the absolute best in the business! Her name is Michelle, and she did an awesome job as well. I’ll be a returning customer. Thanks ladies!!

Horrible rude experience with Sherry Today was my first and last visit to Flow the salon. I will start with good 1. It was clean and decently decorated. That's it. Now for I really feel about this Salon. I hate How i was treated in this Salon by a Woman name Sherry, a black woman with TWA that has reddish brown highlights but then again I am not sure if this is Sherry because she never introduced herself to me or even really said anything during my 2 hour visit. When I made my appt a week prior, I spoke with woman name sherry, so I am assuming this is whose did my hair. I felt so uncomfortable, I think she was upset because I didn't detangle my hair before coming. She asked me prior to wash if I had and then exhale sound of annoyance. I don't know but she yanked my hair several times duri

I normally like this shop because it’s the only one I’ve been to that cuts and style my hair properly but after yesterday I will be finding a new shop 🤷🏽‍♀️ I just feel like my money isn’t appreciated and anytime I want to go they are always closed I’m treated as if I am lower than them or something
