Front desk person is really nice and welcoming. Lien is a great stylist and I recommend her if anyone is looking for a haircut. I enjoyed my time here and will be coming back.

I scheduled a 9am appointment for my son. On the way to the shop, it took us 30 minutes to arrive due to traffic. I arrive at Floyd’s at 9:06am and they tell me I have to reschedule my appointment since I’m late and they have a busy day. I had to take time off work to get this haircut done for my son just to be denied after arriving less than 10 minutes late. I am never going back. Terrible customer service.

My first time going was great! I was a walk in and they were very accommodating. Andryck ended up cutting my hair and he was amazing! Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a fresh cut !
