Honestly the worst foot massage I’ve received. The massage was uncomfortable and painful and I was very stressed fighting with myself the entire time to speak up and end the massage early, which I eventually did. The girl who did the massage did not know what she was doing. I don’t think she’s a licensed massage therapist and or not trained. She was pressing deeply on bones and doing soft pressure on the areas that should have had the type of pressure she was doing on boney areas causing ticklish sensitivity. Her nails were scratching against me. And her gloves were rough and the friction was also uncomfortable. My feet are in more pain than before and pain in areas I didn’t even have pain before. We've been going to Fly Dragon once or twice a week since 2018. Lily and Mark are outstanding and give an excellent, professional massage for a very reasonable price. Our current favorite is the 60 minute foot massage, but they offer a variety of services. Lily is well trained in traditional East Asian medicine, and is able to address tension and relieve stress throughout the body. Highly recommend.

After 2 weeks on an inflatable mattress at the in-laws, and an 11-hour flight back home, my lower back was WRECKED. I couldn’t get into my chiropractor, so I knew a visit to the Fly Dragon would help ease the pain, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. This is my fourth visit over the past year, and I’ve had both the 1-hour “Foot Reflex,” as well as the 30-minute “Focused Area Treatment.” On this visit, I opted for the targeted 30-minute “Shoulder+Back+Neck” treatment, and was led to the communal treatment room. I had a foot massage today, done by Lily. She asked if I wanted light, medium, or hard pressure. Medium was plenty hard for me -- her hands are so strong! She found spots that I had never paid attention to. It was wonderful. I will certainly go back for more.

Best kept secret of Portland!! Do yourself a favor and go here - literally best massage in town and the cheapest. Pro tip: call ahead if you are planning to go. That way you will more likely be first in line if the lobby has other people waiting.
