Run down but its like a family. My husband has been going since he was a little boy && those cuts are CRAZY!! I can't wait till my son starts getting his hair cut.
Considering the location is in frankford and the area is not bad... I love taking my son here... Its the only place i would go... Hakeim is one of the best barber... He fast and patient

Great barbers, is lively, and beware of parking. Depending on the time your there make sure you bring change.
