I was charged $75 for gel #2 pedicure- $10 was because I selected 5 colors (ombré effect, 1 color on each toe) no additional material is being used rather I use 1 or 5 colors, it’s still the same amount of polish, but $10 extra is EXCESSIVE . But the more disappointing part was I was not informed of this charge until I went to pay, I would have declined had I known. No concession due to the technicians error was offered. They have lost a customer

It was the first time I visited this location in Fayetteville and I have to admit the visit was amazing I really appreciate Tommy I really loved what he did with my nails I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family

Nikki did a great job on my pedicure. It was the best one I have had since moving to Fayetteville. She took her time and didn't rush at all. She also did a great job with my nails. They were a little over filed causing a little pain, but turned out really nice. I like the dip powder over my nails and its was hard to find someone that knew how to do it correctly. I also had my eyebrows done, they looked great, but I had a reaction to it. I won't get those done again. Overall, it was a nice enjoyable experience and I will be back.

My experience at focus Nails has been very positive. The staff were very thorough .My Nails lasting until my next visit without chipping is very important.and they passed the test. I would just like the gentleman that have more experience with grown toenail removal. Other than that they are recommended.

They were rude to my momma for asking about one of the staff members who recently left. Then ignored the fact that I asked for regular polish “because gel is better” I know it’s better but that’s not what I asked for. They did refund for that. But at the end of it I asked for them to just take off the nails but they didn’t. Now I’m walking around with nails that are different lengths and different shapes. He also just made me uncomfortable w the way he was talking to me. Not to mention the cleanliness is not great. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else.
