As a competitive athlete, I deal with occasional flare-ups in my shoulder and low back that can really impact my training and performance. I’ve gone to Julie on three different occasions, and every time I’ve seen noticeable improvement within just a few days. I have been going to Julie for about 7yr now. In the beginning she helped me with a hip problem trying a couple of different techniques before the hip felt much better. I visit regularly to keep my back and legs working. She has since had to work on my leg after a break, and it only two a few visits before I was back to a normal walking stride. She just worked on a new hip issue for me and did some research and new techniques for this issue and the muscles finally released and I have not had any problems since. They are very good and working you in, when you really need pain relief. They listen to what is going on with your issues and the constraints that the pain is causing you, to better help in getting relief quickly.

Amazing, Amazing. I was telling Emily that I had tornm my rotator cuff back in 2019 and 4 years later I was still struggling getting my hand above my head and could not sleep because it was so uncomfortable. She wanted me to commit to coming in once a week for like 6 weeks and that was game changing for me I now have little to no pain and now have almost full mobility of my right shoulder with no surgery! I would have thought it was impossible but it was not, just some manipulation from the experts and TLC and I am back!

Julie does a great job finding the right places to work on.for tight muscles. She also does stretching to help with stiffness and pain Very good massage that has helped me everytime I have gone there.
