I still think the hair stores in Florence are better.If u say thank you they look at u like u stupid need better service

I hate to do this, but it's 2 ladies in there that NEVER speak. I quit coming because they never speak. Even when you check out. They're still silent as a mouse. And and don't ask them a question, I interrupted the big tall woman while she was painting her nails. The big tall lady is really bad with customer service and the other lady with that sheet wrapped around her face and head. They both never help or speak. I've been wanting to say this for a long time, now.

Saw 72" hair in the store price for $5.99 cashier rung it up for $9.99. I showed her the other hair was priced as $5.99 I was supposed to get it as priced marked. I couldn't even get my money back I had to buy things to add up to the cost of the hair. I will never go in this store again.

I Love this store! Been coming here for the past 6yrs. Got the chance to meet the owners and the staff have been really nice. I no longer live in Darlington but i still travel to my Favorite Hair Store. Prices are great and the Service is Wonderful.....Thanks...FOR U BEAUTY!!

Nice selection of things!!! But...staff always follows you around the store, some items are over priced. And you have to spend a minimum amount of $$ to use your debit card which is illegal! Won’t shop here anymore.....
