Horrible, horrible horrible customer service I’ve given this place three chances each time my nails don’t come out good they don’t listen to what I’m asking for they are nasty and they charge me an additional five dollars and said it was because they filed my nails. I’m pretty sure filing your nails is included with an acrylic full set. Never coming back it is unfortunate because this is my neighborhood nail salon. I tried to give them business, but I’m very unhappy for the third time.

DISORGANIZED! I came to this salon a couple of times before I really had any issues. It started two weeks ago when I came in to get my nails done. The lady directing everyone around forgot about my friend and I several times. She was also distracted while doing my nails and they came out with lower quality than I expected. Due to all the back and forth I was at the nail salon for FOUR HOURS and ended up with a ticket for being over time. Fast forward to today. I booked an appointment with my friend for 10:30, hoping this would be quick. Instead, I was passed up for several walk-ins. I wasn't seen for an hour. Then, the man at the front started my nails. When I showed him the design I wanted, he told me no and that he had an appointment and I would have to wait. He sent me to the woman b

I have been getting my nails done at Forest Creative Nail for over 15 years and overall it's a great place to go for manicures, pedicures, and nail extensions. I recommend making an appointment as it can get very busy, but the staff are as accommodating as possible and try to start your service as quickly as possible. Sometimes during those busy moments, it can feel like your nail tech is rushing through your service, but if they make a mistake or if you don't like how something looks they always take their time to correct it so your leaving with what you wanted. I've had my nails done by most of the girls there, but Nancy and Cindy are who I tend to make appointments with because of their extra skill with designs. They free hand most of them, but try their best and do excellent work!

I wanted to share my experience with this place, as I've been a loyal customer since they first opened. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed during my last visit when my bill for a filling, a pedicure, and eyebrow waxing, was over $90. When I raised my concerns, the staff mentioned that their prices had increased. Just two weeks prior, the same services were only $75—it's hard to understand how such a steep increase is justifiable.i believe I was over charged. I will not be going back.

I came here a few times! Very quick and smooth experience and their service is good! I would say, only come to this place if your design is simple as I think the nail techs aren’t very skilled with intricate details but simple manicures are amazing here! Also great prices
