Forever 21 Nail Lounge

This has been the best Nail Salon I’ve been in a decade. Prices right, good quality products, no waiting eternally when you have a set appointment, and friendly staff. YAdira is my favorite. She does an amazing job, my nails look better than ever. Some of the other girls I’ve had my nails done by are ok but give you attitude when you choose another tech.

I love getting my nails done with Dayle because she is super nice and very professional. From the moment you arrive, she makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. She always leaves my nails beautiful, well done, and with great attention to detail exactly how I like them. She is also so sweet and always treats you amazingly. I recommend her 100%.

I was at the Sweetwater location today and I schedule regular pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was fine ( by Caroline) but when it came time to my manicure she did not want to do it because I had acrylic on it. The lady beside her knew how to do refill acrylic but refused saying she had an appt. The lady who was waiting on her ended up leaving and I ended up leaving. They charged me for a combo $30 when I only did a regular pedicure. I usually don’t have an issue with this company but today I did. I’d like a refund back for the pedicure and the rude service that I encountered.

What a great find!! One of the best pedi/manis I’ve ever gotten in Miami and they have such great promotions and deals. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and the energy is loving. Felt like you were hanging out with girlfriends getting your nails done. You can they’re happy and the community feel is very welcoming. Plus my nails came out great! 5⭐️ my new nail spot for sure!

Customer service is non existent, tried to charge me $20 to repair two nails that were supposed to be structure gel but was only regular gel after some back and fourth charged me $11 and this is the sloppy lazy work they did both nails are longer than the rest, slanted, dented and have a chunk of gel on the bottom . I’m Embarrassed and I paid twice for this mess. Definitely lost a customer
