This is literally my favorite beauty supply store! I've been a customer for years, and I truly feel like family because that’s how the owner and the store associates make you feel. They are absolutely amazing, and I always find exactly what I need. Everyone here is extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend this store. A 1000 out of 10! ❤️🙌🏾

Do not make the mistake I did, by rushing to purchase a Dapper Dan purse from this place. Just Six Days Ago, I needed something quick for an engagement and didn't even get a chance to wear the purse before realizing the clip on the strap was broken. While returning the purse, I was denied a refund, credit or an exchange and told, "it wasn't broken when I left the store." Well, I didn't notice it was broken either because the strap was rolled up and taped together. Once I unraveled it, it appeared someone knew it was broken, did a quick repair and was just awaiting the day to sale it and get rid of it. How Inconsiderate! Luckily for them.. my counsel doesn't seem it's worth the time, money or effort to sue for dishonoring the refund policy (see attached receipt), but I will say, Nevvverr Ag

I love this beauty supply store! They are located in the Westland Shopping Center and they are great. They used to be in the middle of the shopping center in a smaller shop but now they moved to the end of the shopping center. It is huge! The people are so nice and friendly. This store has a wide variety of products. Marley hair, spring twist hair, braiding hair, crochet braids, locs, twists, loose crochet hair. Lots and lots of fake ponytails and buns. They have every thing you can think of. I totally recommend going there!

Bought a display mirror with no cord and was denied a refund because it was “electronic” even though it could not function. The employee ‘Andy Bang’ ( the only male cashier) refused to help, acted condescending, and claimed he was “doing me a favor” by offering store credit for an unused $40 + item. Uncomfortable atmosphere, poor treatment, and zero accountability. Do not shop here unless you enjoy being stared down and dismissed for standing up for yourself.

I’ve been going there since before they moved. I’ve been treated with nothing but respect, kindness, and smiles. These are hard-working folks, and anyone would be lucky to have any of them as a friend. I love your products in the price is always way cheaper for make up compared to anywhere else. Walgreens CVS good luck with that this place charges a fraction of what they cost. I am so glad that they are there and I hope they succeed and flourish.
