Customer Reviews
I have been coming to this salon for over a year. It is clean, the owner and staff is extremely kind and friendly, and most importantly they do an amazing job. I came in last night for an ombre dip powder manicure. Julia did a fantastic job! She did not rush, took her time, and was meticulous. The pictures do not even do it justice. They look amazing! 10/10
I’ll start off by saying that the ladies that work there are very sweet. However, being sweet doesn’t translate to quality service. The manager really rushed my manicure, a walk-in came in and needed to be in and out within 30 minutes and the nail technician was told to hurry up and finish me so she could get started on the other women. So the manager of the studio ended up finishing my manicure, and it seemed she had no idea what she was doing or how to cure the gel polish. On top of that, it’s been two days since my manicure and up close I don’t think it looks that great. There’s already some chipping, as well as my nails weren’t filed properly. I like a round shape, and one is a square and the other is some diagonal line. They keep catching on things but I’m afraid to file them and mess
I used to go to this place and loved it! Just a PSA for anyone booking, they have gone out of business. I was able to book an appointment online, but I went by in person and they look to be closed for good.
Completely dissatisfied and disappointed in the results of the nail job. I requested a gel Manicure with a filling - instead of filling got a coat of glue - She reassured me that is all I needed - and the lamps get going off. I persisted because they were nice. I tipped well and the pedicure was excellent. But two days in my gel Polish should not be chipping, my nails breaking and the polish completely coming off! I paid $140 for the gel mani pedi, and I paid for the soaking and the callous removal. Plus the generous tipping. $200 worst spent in Manhattan of all places.
I came in at 5:10pm and got out at 5:30. What did I get? A gel messed up manicure. I wanted besides the main color of the gel nail polish a glitter one for the ring fingers. And I told the nail tech that I don’t like it. She kept saying it was pretty. I asked if I can just get that finger nail polish removed and she said it was too late and next time. I told her I’m not coming back. You didn’t even wash my hands or really did anything else but apply nail polish, put oil and a warm towel at the end. She pushed me out to pay and asked for tip. It was just a horrible experience I’ve been at other places where the nail tech would honor removing color out of courtesy or asked additional fee which I was fine but not this place. Such a negative experience. Never coming back.
