I had a great session with Mindy! She brought out things in me I had buried so deep, I had wiped it from my memory! I left there feeling better, lighter than I have in years! She really knows her craft! She heals mind, body and soul! She is amazing and so easy to open up to! I've had 4 spinal fusions, 3 knee surgeries and several other surgeries in the last 8 years. My body has been traumatized and it keeps the muscles in my back flared up all the time! Just one session with her has help so much! I had a lymphatic drainage massage and she talked me through the whole process, I felt very safe and comfortable with her and feel so much better. I can't wait until my next session!

I came to Mindy when I felt I wasn’t getting the post op lipo/tummy tuck aftercare I needed from my current therapist. I’m SO glad I did because I could tell a difference after just 1 session. She takes the time to figure out what your body needs instead of sticking to text book same treatment for everyone. She also makes sure you feel like you’re in good hands even after you leave the session. Definitely recommend. Go just 1 time and you’ll know you’ve made the right decision.

Ms. Mindy did a good job with my lymphatic drainage massage. She was very caring. This is the second time she has done the massage but I could tell the difference since my first massage where the swelling has come down. I highly recommend her.
