Crystal is great! She did a wonderful job on my loc retwist. I’ve had trouble in the past with locticians refusing to do clean parts, which had led to some breakage. She handled the thinning areas with no problems. She was flexible and transparent about the products she used.The shop is comforting and everyone was super inviting! 10/10 would recommend
