Fossil Spa & Nail

Jennifer was amazing. I came in because i started getting an ingrown toenail, and Jennifer saved me. She took care of me very well, she was nice, upfront, and was a very good conversationalist. The environment is pretty chill (at least today, Saturday). They have some music playing at a moderate volume, everyone just minds their business, but still felt like a nice, professional setting. I’ll be coming here again for my next pedicure.

They got me in last min and the lady was nice.,But my nails were very uneven. They were thick in some areas and thin in others. She also wasn't kind when taking them off!!

The lady’s at Fossil nails are great! Been coming here for years. They just remodeled and it’s looks amazing. All new massage chairs, very fancy!

Well, this was my second time here as I tried to give it another chance and I've officially learned my lesson. The first time it took 2.5 hours to get an acrylic set and cost almost $100.. this time I came to get a dip set and it did not turn out at all what I expected. First off, the samples they have you choose from are not even the same as what you get. I picked out a bright, sparkly blue/green matte nail and I ended up with a glossy, dark blue set. Apparently, I was supposed to guess that as the result. I told them they should not have samples to pick from if thats not what you actually get. Additionally, I got cut up around my cuticles.. making a painful experience. Also, she did a mess of a job and left all kinds of goo and debri in and around my nails. It feels like I went digging i

*Long Review* OVERALL: Never was helped and bad customer service! I work in DTC and just moved to Longmont. I found this place near my home and saw they closed at 7. I was able to leave work early so I can get to the salon before 6 (didn't want to be that jerk that shows up at the last minute and asks for a difficult rebase). I was spoken to exactly TWO times in the 45 minutes I sat there. The first time was when I walked in and she asked what I needed. I told her that I needed my nails to be dipped. I signed in, picked my color, and sat down. There was one gal in the lobby when I came in and 4 people came in after me (with the latest walking in at 6:30).
