Fox and Den Hair Salon

This is a terrible business that does not deserve even one star. I booked this salon after being told my service would be performed by a stylist with 10 years of experience. I trusted that representation and proceeded with the appointment and payment. Unfortunately, the final result did not reflect that level of experience in any way. This experience was extremely upsetting. Without exaggeration, it was one of the worst and most distressing salon experiences I have ever had. It left me feeling deeply uncomfortable with my appearance and was emotionally very difficult to deal with. I expressed my dissatisfaction immediately. Even after one complimentary correction, the result remained unacceptable. Despite this, the salon refused to take responsibility and denied my request for a refund. I

Can I give 6 stars?? I was in a bind… had a botched highlight job and was attending an important event the next day. The salon that botched it said they couldn’t see me until the following week. I took a chance and called Fox and Den not knowing anything about them. Not only did they fit me in immediately, but they fixed my hair and made it gorgeous! Shelby and Alena rolled out the red carpet, really listened to what I wanted, and Shelby worked some magic. Highly recommend!

I called around to so many salons in the area to get this specific cut and no one but Siarra was able to do it and I'm so thankful she was able to cause I love it so much and she's so sweet and super accommodating which really made me feel good about coming to her cause she really knew what she was doing. I'm so grateful 🙏 🥲 thank you again Siarra, I will definitely be coming back and letting my friend know about ya'll!!! 💜💜💜

Had a haircut by Sierra, who is a curly hair specialist, and love it so much. She really listened to what I wanted and has such good energy. Lovely environment felt very comfortable and in good hands. Highly recommend going there!

First time customer. Loved Shelby!! She listened and consulted and I listened...it was an overall great experience! I haven't been to a salon in years. I'm 47yrs old, hair thinning, not growing and have tight curls. Go see Shelby, she is amazing 👏 🥰
