Worst nail experience I’ve ever had, I asked for acrylics with two French tip nails on each side. I struggled to advocate when I saw they weren’t coming out good. They are all different shapes and sizes. The paint was poorly and quickly done. I also paid for my cuticles and the massage at the end but never got either. He rubbed cuticles oil all over my dusty hands which left an awful texture on my hands. I payed $70 and only asked for $60 back.

I am very displeased with my service I got an acrylic fill and wanted a simple French tip design with a starfish. The man who was working on my nails refused to give me a starfish and said it was ugly. I had to walk him through how to do my nails. He gave me attitude the whole time because he didn’t know how to do my nails. He tried to send me home with just solid colors no designs. He got frustrated with me when I told him I didn’t want a purple base coat for a French tip. I had to constantly remind him what I wanted done. I believe his name was nick I could be mistaken. I do not recommend going here I wanted to try a new place and I am not pleased with what I left with. The people there are really nice but the nails I got were the worst nails I’ve ever gotten, I understand that they were very short but they aren’t even straight, they’re lopsided, as soon as we got out we drove to Tilton so I could get these removed. What a waste.

My nails turned out so horrible from this place I will never go again and I recommend everyone else to not consider going here. The lady that did my nails used the drill on my cuticles and cut them so bad that they are red and bleeding and super sensitive. She also never used the drill under my nails and left the acrylic built up underneath to the point where i had to go somewhere else to have it drilled out. They refuse to give me a refund a full refund because I said I liked them, and that was before I got to take a close look at the state they were left in. The nails are completely crooked and my thumb(as seen on photo) has a divot taken out of the tip. I have acrylic built up all around my nails and on my cuticles. these were my nails for prom this weekend and that morning was the only

I just saw a picture of my daughter-in-laws nails and cuticles that she just got done. Her cuticles are raw and bled the whole time she's in a lot of discomfort. This is ridiculous. I've gotten my nails done for years and have dry skin and never experience anything like what I just saw.pampering yourself should feel like torture.
