Fragrance Outlet

Purchased this Externity for Men Aqua cologne from the Premier Outlets on Black Friday. When I got home And opened the packaging for one of them, I noticed that it had a distinct different color than what I was used to from the ones that I bought from the US based retailers Like Macy’s. The one second from the left is the one that I bought from the outlet and you can definitely tell it does not look the same. I had ChatGPT take a look and it told me that it was an OEM Export batch And it won’t work the same or last as long as the US retail based ones. I believe this is a misrepresentation of the cologne that I’m used to purchasing. It says I can’t get a refund on my purchase and only a store credit or exchange but I believe under Colorado law this is a misrepresentation of an advertised it

Overpriced and no refunds! Just go to Perfumania which is just a short walk away from this store. Despite their buy one get the second/more expensive fragrance 50% off, Perfumania had the same exact items I bought for $15 and almost $30 less which was still $30 cheaper than the “deal” price at Fragrance Outlet. After I saw that huge price difference, I was livid Fragrance Outlet will only allow exchanges and no refunds. I gave it a star for the decent selection and friendly staff, but will never buy here again.

Came all the way from ABQ New Mexico to go see the broncos/giants and stopped at the outlets. A lot of mediocre shops and such. I wasn’t going to spend money but out of heaven it seems Kathy welcomed me in and greeted me like an old friend. The BEST service I’ve ever received anywhere. I didn’t even need cologne and walked out with over $300 of my new favorite scents. The broncos won and so did I thanks to Kathy. Even though I’m out of state I would definitely make a trip back just to say hello and get some more amazing scents.
