I came in thinking I already knew the right questions to ask, but Goose went above and beyond - sharing insights, details, and fragrance knowledge I didn’t even think to consider. She educated me on notes, layering, longevity, and how different fragrances interact with body chemistry. That level of expertise made all the difference. She wasn’t just selling products - she was guiding me to the right choices. I left feeling confident, informed, and genuinely excited about my purchases. Trash. They sell dupes (which is fine) but they lie and gaslight you into trying to say the dupes smell nothing like the originals (Artemus emerald is a Erba pura dupe. Midnight is a Lafayette st. dupe, period.) they then try to say the original houses are dupe houses 🤣🤣. Either they’re completely ignorant and clueless and shouldn’t be working at a frag store at all, or they intentionally lie to people. They also don’t allow returns on UNOPENED items. Spend your money elsewhere with knowledgeable, truthful people. Zero stars.

Don't purchase here at the outlet stores! Prices may seem cheap but the product is so old! It STINKS! Coach perfume original was made in 2007 per Coach. They no longer sell it. They have not made it for years. These are imposter scents in name brand boxes! Return policy. What Return policy. None! It was a gift.

Came here for Black Friday shopping. They had signs saying buy one get one for free. I don’t know why I didn’t look up the prices online, which was stupid of me. I ended up getting charged over 200 for 3 bottles of perfume that were selling for 50 a bottle online. On the sticker of the perfumes, it would say it’s $199 or $189 when in reality if you check online it’s only $50 or $30. I thought it was a good deal since they were willingly bringing the prices down for me.
