What a lovely group I met at Fracesco Rose hair salon right in Century Village West Palm Beach. I loved my haircut done by Rafael.

Ginger has been my stylist for over a year now. I'm very pleased that she listens to my concerns and makes suggestions before we begin. She's always taken her time with any service I request and I've been pleased with foiling, coloring cutting and styling by her. I referred my neighbor to Ginger and she too is pleased. The prices at Ralph Joseph's salon are extremely reasonable as I compare them to salons in my home of rural western New York. I must add that all of the staff here are friendly and welcoming!

Update February 2026. One year after my first post below I went back to Eres to have my wig styled and specifically said several times not to touch the length but just layer it a bit at the top. I repeated it and sure enough she cut the bottom at the back. Now the back of the wig doesn't fall nicely like the sides. It sticks out and I'm constantly flattening it with my hand. I've tried using Bobby pins to keep the bottom at the back down. It doesn't work. My wig is ruined. I'm so disappointed. I even told her that wigs don't grow back and not to touch the length. GINGER!!! I have been getting "high end" haircuts for many years. I have met the "best" and THE BEST comes now from Ralph Joseph's salon in C.V. West Palm Beach. Ginger, beautiful as she IS is down to earth, TRULY concerned with MY desires. I wear a Retro hairdo, Ginger is so insightful as to "guide me through my cut", she is courteous, professional and TALENTED! I have grown to think of Ginger as a friend, a TRUSTED confidant with her shears in hand and YOU can trust her too. Conscious of monetary limitations, Ginger WILL "frame your face" AS YOU WISH. I just wanted to share my experience here. It has been nothing but wonderful, great people work here and to the lady who just l left the bad review.I was there at witness it there was no pleasing you at all you were very demanding and rude to the people working there. The lady even said she would stay after work for you and that did not satisfied you.The workers there did everything to please you…I hope you find a place that can deal with your attitude I just witnessed.
