Excellent Steam Head Spa. The service is amazing and the owners are professional and nice. They came in during a snow storm to make sure they could keep my appointment. The service was one of the best I had. I was so relaxed and my head and hair feels great and refreshed.

The ladies are so sweet and hospitable here! It’s very clean and spacious which makes the experience even more relaxing. Me and my friend got a scalp/ hair massage and a facial. It was so relaxing I fell asleep! 10/10 definitely will be coming back.

I booked thru Classpass for the 60min head spa and it was amazing 😭 HOWEVER they should wash off the shampoo on their hands first before rubbing my back. Massaging the back & neck with shampoo triggered itchiness and pimples (also didn’t wash it off afterwards, only towel wiping) Everything else was great tho! Coco was really gentle, attentive, kind. I’d love to come back if they can avoid using shampoo to rub my back next time.

I’ve tried head spas all over NYC and across the U.S., and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. I booked the combo Gua Sha facial and 60-minute steam head massage, and Cici was exceptional — attentive, thorough, and never rushed. The water temperature was perfect, and every step felt intentional and relaxing. It’s a bit of a hidden gem in Brooklyn Heights. Pricing is very competitive for the level of service. Absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend.
