Fresh Nails Los Gatos

I had an amazing experience at Fresh Nails in Los Gatos. Moon did my nails and they turned out beautifully (Gel X chrome French tip). I had gone to a different salon the day before and they destroyed my nails. Moon was able to fix them and they turned out better than I could have ever hoped especially because they ended up being my engagement nails! Everyone that I interacted with was so nice , I definitely will be going back!

Highly recommend! All of the ladies here were so welcoming and kind. Pedicure was great, manicurist (Moon) helped me decide what would work best my nails; she ended up being able to revive my existing grown-out gel-x with gel builder and customized my design inspiration picture to exactly what I wanted.!

I went in for a last minute mani/pedi and they were very accommodating. Moon did my manicure, Vicky did my pedicure. I asked for nail polish, not gel. At other salons, I have often found many decline or arent able to do this style of french tip with regular polish. Both did a great job and made it look effortlessly. The salon looked clean overall. I'm very pleased with the work and very pleased to meet them both. Thanks!

First time going to Fresh Nails and I’m in love. I got GelX from Moon and she is fantastic. Took her time, asked lots of questions to make sure she knew what I wanted. The whole salon is clean and really cute. Gives luxury vibes, but the pricing is great and affordable.

I’ve been going to Moon for Gel X nails, and she usually does a great job (4 stars there) I’ve always been happy with my nails. During my most recent visit, I noticed they offer waxing services. I specifically asked if they use hard wax, and they told me yes. However, when Vicky started waxing my face, she used soft wax instead and pulled very aggressively in certain areas. My skin was burning quite a bit afterward and this morning I noticed I have scars. (See picture) I mentioned it to Moon right after the waxing, but there seemed to be a language barrier and she just said, “Oh, it looks good.” I’m attaching photos for reference. I would not recommend going here for waxing — it did not feel like it was done safely or properly. I’ve always wanted to give them a good review because of m
