The manicure was amazing They are super kind and respectful in there. It’s super friendly and clean. The pedicure on the other hand, my nail tech had a attitude and she was throwing their nail glue around and it flung out and got in my eye and then they started speaking to each other and I just felt like customer service could be a little bit better when it comes to the way they present yourself I guess it just seemed like they’re all irritated and three of the girls were sleeping on the manicure chairs

The lady who did my pedicure was ok. Paid for callus and did not remove it all. The salon has tons of flies everywhere. They leave the doors open to save on electricity. I had to keep swatting them away. It was not relaxing to say the least. My daughter got a short basic acrylic set that came out to $77. Her nail tech added an extra service without telling her they were extra. She's a kid. Very sneaky. I'm tired of nail salons doing this and when I spoke to her she admitted she didn't say there was a charge. She just told her she was going to do it. I left super annoyed and will not be back. I have never witnessed a nail salon that's so unprofessional. Customer service sucked. I would stay away from this salon unless you like dishonest people.

Customer service was great. They got me and my 2 girls seated super quick. The designs look exactly like the pictures! The techs were all very gentle abd friendly. Definitely will be coming back

I am extremely unhappy with my service today. I initially asked for gel, but the technician applied regular polish by mistake. I told her it was okay because I didn't want her to have to redo her work, but the nails were not fully dry when I left. ​As soon as I got to my car, the paint got messy and smudged. On top of that, there are several air bubbles and missed spots. My pedicure was okey but still just also got regular nail polish 😮‍💨

First time here and loved it 10/10 Pedi and Fill ! Prices were reasonable I actually would’ve paid more. This is my new nail Shop and Kim did my nails!!!
